A Night to Remember:
The Apex Awards Celebrates British Asian Excellence

£350,000

Raised for Yuva Unstoppable

Achievement and philanthropy are not separate ideas. The same individuals who build companies and lead organisations can also use their success to create opportunities for others.

There are some evenings that feel like the beginning of something rather than simply the culmination of months of hard work. Friday 11 September 2026 was one of those evenings. The inaugural The APEX Awards brought together more than 300 business leaders, entrepreneurs, broadcasters and community figures at the InterContinental London Park Lane for a celebration of British Asian achievement and, importantly, a collective demonstration of generosity that raised an extraordinary £350,000 for children’s charity Yuva Unstoppable. The awards were created with a simple purpose, to recognise a community whose contribution to British life, business and to the society. Organised by Whitetops Global and Luminary Networks Ltd, the inaugural event sought to shine a light on people who have built businesses, shaped industries, influenced culture and invested their time and energy in their communities.

And on the night,
that ambition came to life.

£350,000

Raised for Yuva Unstoppable

With proceeds from the evening supporting the charity through the Vascroft Foundation, the awards' chosen charity partner.

That remarkable figure demonstrated something important about the audience in the room. Achievement and philanthropy are not separate ideas. The same individuals who build companies, create employment and lead organisations can also use their success to create opportunities for others.

It gave the evening a deeper meaning. This was not simply a celebration of what the British Asian community has achieved; it was also a demonstration of what it can give back.

The Founders' Vision

For the founders, the response to the inaugural event has provided an emphatic endorsement of the concept.

"The evening was the proudest night of my career, reflecting on the significance of seeing the ten award recipients celebrated on stage and witnessing the generosity shown towards Yuva Unstoppable. I am delighted to confirm that The APEX Awards will return in 2027."

L. George Co-Founder • The Apex Awards

"I was struck by the extraordinary achievements of British Asians in Britain and the vital importance of giving those achievements the recognition they deserve. The £350,000 charitable contribution demonstrated the true character of the room."

Govind Shahi Co-Founder • The Apex Awards

That may ultimately be the defining characteristic of The APEX Awards.

It is about recognition,
representation and responsibility.

It is about acknowledging the entrepreneurs who built businesses, the professionals who excelled in their fields, the cultural figures who shaped perceptions, the community leaders who made a difference and the individuals who quietly opened doors for those coming after them.

The inaugural event has established the platform.

The challenge and the opportunity now is to build upon it.
